Communicate with your Audi BKK more easily, quickly and simply - use the Audi BKK service app.

What can the service app do?
- Change personal data (address, bank details, telephone and other contact details)
- Application overview
- Submit sick note
- Submit various documents or invoices
- Manage co-insured family members (up to 14 years)
- Participation in the digital bonus program
- Access to digital postal documents
- Other attractive services such as photo upload for the eGK or supplementary insurance
- Manage health data such as documenting vaccinations, checking medications and organizing preventive examinations

Security, registration and use:
Registration in the app is identical to the access data for the online center and does not require any further registration. If you would like to register for one of our online services for the first time, you can do this easily and directly via the service app. Protecting your data is our highest priority. Please use the video identification process via the Nect app for the initial registration. You can register conveniently and securely using your ID card or passport. Alternatively, you can request the access data by post.
